4 TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is due prior to dispatch of the goods.

5 POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
We aim to keep carriage costs as low as possible and use recycled packaging wherever possible. All goods delivered to the UK (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) are delivered using the Royal Mail. We offer the choice of 1st or 2nd class postage with the ‘signed for’ option, as your goods are then insured in case of loss. We keep a copy of the Proof of Posting for 10 days after dispatch so that in the unlikely event of loss the parcel can be tracked.
PLEASE REMEMBER that P & P is not just stamps – it also includes envelopes, boxes, wrapping papers, packing tape, Jiffy bags, bubble wrap, the time to package your item.

6 TIME FOR DISPATCH
We try our best to effect dispatch within a reasonable time, usually as soon as we have cleared funds. The Royal Mail is not a guaranteed ‘next day’ service so the Purchaser should allow up to 10 days for delivery. We shall be under no liability for any loss or damage to the Purchaser or others arising directly or indirectly out of late dispatch or delivery, whether due to our fault or not, nor shall such late dispatch or delivery be deemed to be a breach of contract, nor entitle the Purchaser to cancel the contract. We will notify the purchaser of any delay or out of stock affecting their order and the expected availability/dispatch dates.

7 RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel any goods ordered, from the point of ordering until they are dispatched and you are entitled to a full refund. As goods in stock are usually dispatched on receipt of cleared funds, this may only be a matter of hours. If goods have been dispatched you may return unwanted items at your own expense for a full refund. Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email, letter or fax.
If you experience any problems with any of our goods, please contact us on 01647 272767.
Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, providing the item is returned to us within 30 days, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us, and we will arrange to cover the cost of returning the faulty goods.
Should you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, please ensure you return them to us within 30 days. We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the items are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning non-faulty goods to us.
Please note that patterns are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on ‘Made to Order’ items.

8 REFUNDS
Refunds will be either credited by BACS or by cheque.

9 EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
We are hereby expressly excluded from any liability howsoever arising in respect of any express or implied condition, statement, representation or warranty, statutory or otherwise relating to any goods supplied by us.
